1. Purpose of the Application

The City of Koronadal - PESO & CSWDO Portal is the official municipal assistance management system operated by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Koronadal City. The system enables citizens to apply for city livelihood assistance, emergency social welfare grants, skills training, educational support, and track digital assistance disbursements through secure QR codes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information strictly to determine program eligibility and facilitate public assistance services:

• Personal Identification: Full Name, Date of Birth, Age, Gender, Civil Status, Address, and Valid Government ID.
• Contact Details: Email address and mobile phone number for application status notifications and multi-factor verification.
• Google Identity & OAuth Data: When signing in via Google, we access your basic profile (Name, Verified Email address, and Google Account ID) solely to authenticate your identity securely. We do not access your Google contacts, drive files, or private messages.
• Household Information: Number of dependents and socio-economic category (PWD, Senior Citizen, Solo Parent, Indigent).

3. Use of Personal Data

Your personal data is used solely for:

• Verifying eligibility for municipal livelihood and social welfare assistance programs.
• Generating unique digital QR Codes for intake interviews and assistance distribution.
• Preventing fraudulent applications and maintaining an immutable audit log of assistance disbursements.
• Communicating appointment dates, screening schedules, and payout voucher releases.

4. Data Protection & Sharing Safeguards

Pursuant to RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), the City Government of Koronadal maintains strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest.
• Data is strictly restricted to authorized PESO Officers, CSWDO Social Workers, and Municipal Evaluators.
• We never sell, lease, or monetize your personal data to any third parties.

5. User Rights & Data Subject Control

You have the right to access, review, update, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting the PESO or CSWDO Department at the City Hall of Koronadal, South Cotabato, Philippines.
