By accessing or using the City of Koronadal - PESO & CSWDO Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and municipal ordinances of the City of Koronadal.

2. Permitted Use & Beneficiary Responsibilities

• You must provide truthful, complete, and authentic personal details and identification documents.
• Submission of falsified documents or duplicate applications under false pretenses is grounds for permanent disqualification and legal action under Philippine laws.
• You are responsible for keeping your unique QR Code and account credentials confidential.

3. Staff and Administrative Conduct

• Municipal officers and social workers must process beneficiary data strictly within their official duties.
• All status updates, evaluations, approvals, and payouts are immutably logged for municipal audit trails.
